FEATIU EE-ECE Dept Strengthens Industry Linkages

The Electrical Engineering and Electronics Engineering (EE-ECE) Department of FEATI University continues to bridge academic learning with real-world applications through a series of educational company visits conducted in Baguio City from March 23 to 25, 2026. The activity was led by Engr. Virgilio A. Zacarias Jr., EE-ECE Chairperson, together with Engr. Erwin L. Francisco, Senior Faculty Member, who guided the students throughout the trip.

Railway Cluster - Tokyo Metro on-site training in Japan

Selected students and faculty members of FEATI University successfully completed a training program at the Tokyo Metro Academy, focusing on the Maintenance and Inspection of Urban Railway Tracks.

The program provided in-depth knowledge of the Tokyo Metro Civil Engineering Department’s standards and practices for maintaining and inspecting urban railway infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and stable transportation services. Participants were immersed in both comprehensive face to face lectures and rigorous hands-on training sessions, allowing them to directly experience Japan’s world class railway maintenance methodologies.

FEATI University CEO honors GELE 2025 Topnotcher and Newly Licensed Geodetic Engineers

A special dinner was tendered by Mr. Francisco A. Segovia, Chief Executive Officer of FEATI University, together with Mrs. Jowina “Ging” M. Segovia, Senior High School Executive Director, and Dr. Melanie P. Florentino, Dean of Student Affairs and Head of Alumni Affairs, in honor of the remarkable achievements of the Geodetic Engineering Licensure Examination (GELE) 2025 passers.

Highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Certificate of Recognition to Engr. Miguel B. Rasco, Top 1 in the GELE 2025, for bringing pride and distinction to FEATI University and the Geodetic Engineering Department.
