Successful Thesis Proposal Defense
And then there were three…
After two (2) consecutive sessions in April 2023 to have separate panel reviews of thesis titles by the school, Ms. Tessie E. Mangaoil, caught par when she presented and passed her thesis for review on 15 June 2023.
The improved title of her thesis is “Validating the Equivalent Maintenance Kilometer (EMK): A Basis for Policy Guidelines”.
An engineer by profession, Ms. Mangaoil works with the Bureau of Maintenance of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). Incidentally, she graduated from FEATI University after taking her BS Civil Engineering in 1982.
The review panel members were Dr. Jay Jack R. Manzano (Panel Chair), Dr. Cesar F. Domingo, Dr. Araceli B. Ayuyao, and Mr. Saturnino V. Damasco.
She will now prepare for her final thesis defense scheduled on 29 July 2023. She will be joined by her student colleagues, Capt. Fernando C. Fajardo and Ms. Mary Grace P. Edejer.
Ms. Emily C. Dela Paz is Engr. Mangaoil’s adviser. The defense was held at the FEATI Graduate School Office. Support was provided by Ms. Gina M. Vibar.
