Empowering Excellence: Introducing FEATI University’s New Academic Leaders

The year 2026 marks an exciting new chapter for FEATI University as it welcomes three outstanding leaders to its academic team on its 80th year anniversary: Dr. Susan M. Gallardo as University President; Dr. Evelyn C. Creencia as Vice President for Academic Affairs; and Engr. Eulalio C. Creencia as Director for Development, Compliance, and Accreditation. Their combined expertise and vision promise to drive transformative growth and innovation across the University.

Dr. Susan M. Gallardo, the new University President, combines academic excellence, industry expertise, and collaborative leadership. Her achievements in chemical engineering, research, teaching, and community service reflect a strong commitment to innovation and excellence. Dr. Gallardo’s energy and vision inspire the FEATI community to embrace new ideas and continuous growth.

Dr. Evelyn C. Creencia carries to the role of Vice President for Academic Affairs a strong background in chemistry, academic leadership, and research. With a Doctor of Science from Niigata University, Japan, and experience as a Registered Chemist, Patent Agent, and former MSU-IIT professor, she has led pioneering researches and remains active in national science and community initiatives. Her dedication to faculty and student empowerment will continue to elevate FEATI’s academic excellence.

ASEAN Engr. Eulalio C. Creencia, the new Director for Development, Compliance, and Accreditation, offers extensive experience in chemical engineering, research, and industry. A registered inventor and former MSU-IIT professor, he is a JSPS Exchange Scientist and acclaimed research grant recipient. Engr. Creencia has led engineering projects in oleochemicals, petroleum, biomass energy, and water purification. His commitment to innovation and integrity will further advance FEATI’s standards of excellence.
