Building Resilience for a Healthier Youth
An empowering whole-day seminar dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, strengthening emotional resilience, and fostering a healthier, more supportive environment for the youth.
The Mental Health Caravan, organized by the FEATI Guidance & Counseling Office and the Office of Student Affairs, brought together student leaders for a day of learning, reflection, and meaningful discussions, with resource speakers and facilitators from the National Center for Mental Health – Public Health Unit.
Through their valuable insights and expertise, our participants were reminded of the importance of prioritizing mental well-being, developing healthy coping strategies, and becoming advocates for mental health within their communities.
May the knowledge and inspiration gained from this seminar empower our student leaders to lead with empathy, understanding, and compassion. Together, let us break the stigma surrounding mental health, promote emotional wellness, and build a future where every young person feels heard, valued, and supported.
Because building a healthier youth starts with nurturing
