Monde Nissin's Corporation, the popular maker of Lucky Me instant pancit canton, opens its door to young and dynamic graduating students of FEATI University. STEP UP is a program designed to provide Featinians and the rest of graduating students in the National Capital Region an opportunity to have a glimpse of the corporate world and Monde Nissin through carefully designed learning challenges. It is divided into two challenges:
This phase ill comprise of group dynamics and other structures learning activities to determine behavioral competencies and fit factor of candidates. 1st intensive will be held on October, 2nd intensive will be on December and the 3rd and final intensive will be on March.
- Phase 2 Accelerated Apprenticeship Program
In this phase, participants will be given an actual project work assignment. After the program, high potential candidates will be identified and hired as regular employees of Monde Nissin Corporation.
Step Up's main objective is to identify high potential candidates for Monde Nissin's Talent Development Center. It will enable participants to jump start their career through exposure to different career options, interaction with business practitioners, real work assignments, assessment of their talents and development areas and establish a network of connections Everything will be possible while having FUN!
This is open to all graduating students. Interested applicants may drop by at the Job Placement Office with their resumes and accomplished application forms which are also available at the the said office. Deadline of applications will be on August 29, 2005. Qualified applicants will under go exams and interviews.
