FEATIU signs MOA with Barangay 579 Zone 56 District IV, Manila City

FEATI University partners with Barangay 579 Zone 56 District IV, Manila City making the latter the adopted community of the University for its Community Outreach Program. A ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement was held last November 18, 2022 at the Barangay Hall of Barangay 579.

FEATI University was represented by Dr. Gloria M. Alberto, Chairman and Executive Vice President, while Barangay 579 was represented by its Chairman, Ms. Lourdes V. Lantican. Dr. Rogelio A. Panlasigui, Dean of the College of Engineering and ORDE Director, Ms. Melanie P. Florentino, Dean of Student Affairs, and selected student representatives were also present during the signing.

This partnership, led by COP Coordinator Arch. Deanne P. Ilaga, allows the FEATIU Community to be engaged in real-world situations that emphasize on “Total Human Development”. Through this alliance, academic cooperation, resource sharing, and other cooperative activities are made possible for both the Barangay and FEATI University. The agreement shall be effective for a period of three (3) years and shall be renewed upon agreement.
