Payment Options and Procedures

You may select one of these two payment options below.


(1) IN-CAMPUS Payment Options:

A. CASH/CHECK

Check should be made payable to FEATI University. Write down the following details at the back of the check: Student’s Complete Name, Student No and Contact Number.

 

B. ATM DEBIT CARDS

Debit cards may be used in place of check or cash. Point of Sale (POS) terminals are available.

 

C. ACCCEPTABLE CREDIT CARDS

Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Diners.


(2) OFF-CAMPUS Payment Options:

A. Online Bank Transfer

Payments are highly encouraged to be done online via bank transfer to either Bank of the Philippine Islands or BPI Family or BPI Family Savings bank accounts.

            1. Log in to your mobile banking app.

            2. Follow the usual step in transferring money to another bank.

            3. Type the amount.

            4. Select Bank name (if required) – BPI or BPI Family Bank.

            5. Enter any one of these account numbers.

 

                        Account No: 5015-0548-69

                        Bank: BPI Family Bank or BPI Family Savings Bank

                        Acct. Name: FEATI University Inc.

                        Branch: Palanca

 

                        Account No: 2581-0106-75

                        Bank: Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)

                        Acct. Name: FEATI University Inc.

                        Branch: Ayala Ave. Ext., Makati

 

            6. Under notes or remarks, type the Document Request reference number.

            7. Proceed to payment.

            8. Once payment has been made, make a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

 

9. Upload the payment confirmation details by going to the Payment Confirmation Portal or by clicking the button below.

            Document Request Reference Number
            Email Address
            Payment Date
            Amount Paid
            Receipt Image 

 

Note: do not delete the payment confirmation for future reference.  

 

B. OVER THE COUNTER Bank Deposit

            1.b.     Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)

1. Deposit your payment to any BPI Family or BPI Family Savings or BPI branch nearest you.

2. Write the following pieces of information on the deposit slip:

            Student Number:

            Student Name:

            Course:

3. Scan or take a picture of the deposit slip.

 

4Upload the payment confirmation details by going to the Payment Confirmation Portal or by clicking the button below.

Email Address
Payment Date
Amount Paid
Receipt Image

Note: Keep the transaction receipt for future reference.

C. Using GCash Bank Transfer

    1. Open your Gcash Mobile App.
    2. Choose Bank Transfer.

3. Select BPI as Partner Bank.

4. Add FEATI BPI Family Savings or BPI bank and your payment details. Click Send Money.

5. You will see your payment details on the next page. 

6. Check your email for the payment confirmation.

7. Once payment confirmation is received, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

 

8. Upload the payment confirmation details by going to the Payment Confirmation Portal or by clicking the button below.

Note: Always keep any payment confirmation slip or proof of payment for future reference.
