Intengan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University and is a Masters Degree Candidate in Business Administration of the University of the Philippines. He is currently the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of FEATI University and Renaissance Property Management Corporation. He is also the Managing Director of Victura Financial Management, Incorporated.He was formerly Vice President / Group Head for Consumer Banking at the Land Bank of the Philippines.
