Internal Audit Staff

Job Summary

The Internal Audit Staff shall provide assistance to the Internal Auditor in promoting adherence to internal control policies and procedures by monitoring the compliance of employees with internal control systems and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

· Conducts audit procedures based on approved audit plans and programs, and prepares requisite reports

· Serves as liaison to department heads regarding audit issues

Qualifications:

· Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course;

· At least two (2) years working experience in performing similar functions;

· With working knowledge of audit practices, procedures, and principles;

· Being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), familiarity with ISO is an advantage;

· Proficient in the use of basic MS Office Applications;

· Has good organizational skills and is keen to details;

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

The Production Supervisor is responsible in ensuring that the company’s products are produced within the allowed time, cost, and quality by effectively managing production resources and maintaining competent workforce.

Job Responsibilities

Achieve the production volume in accordance with established monthly production schedule

Achieve standard yield of finished goods through effective conversion of raw materials

Effectively manage the labor cost of the production line, ensuring optimal utilization of production personnel.

To ensure that all products conform within established specifications and standards of the company.

Ensures zero inventory variance and that all resources are efficiently utilized

Ensure adherence to all established operating procedural standards

Ensure compliance of the staff to all Health & Safety policies.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Degree in any Engineering course,

At least two (2) years of working experience in the manufacturing set-up as a production supervisor;

Experience in Construction, Project management, or in Steel fabrication is preferred

Working knowledge of Production planning & scheduling

Good command of both oral and written English.

Proficient in using various Microsoft office Applications.

Organized and detail oriented.

Willing to be assigned in our Bicutan Manufacturing plant

IMPORTS LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

Oversees all importation related matters, from coordination of shipments and preparation of documentation, to overseeing customs clearance and coordinating deliveries with the concerned parties.

Responsibilities:

Receives approved Purchase Requisitions and processes orders accordingly

Coordinates with suppliers regarding placed orders, shipment schedules and the required documentation

Monitors and ensures correctness of orders & related documents

Prepares the corresponding payment of ordered items based on arranged terms, either through Letter of Credit or Telegraphic Transfer

Prepares and processes complete set of shipping documents;

Oversees customs clearance and monitors activities related to incoming shipments, and coordinates the same to brokers, forwarders, shipping line;

Coordinates all importation matters (payment to suppliers, settlement of all Duties and Taxes, Shipping charges, and Shipment arrival information) to all concerned departments;

Coordinates container deliveries to the Warehouse and prepares documentation on receiving of goods and transmits the same to receiving warehouse in a timely manner

Prepares valuation of each shipment received;

Requirements:

A degree in Accounting

At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar capacity

Proficient in the use of basic MS Office Applications

Good analytical and organizational skills, and pays very great attention to details

Strong work ethic and with excellent interpersonal skills

Preferably female (24-35 y/o)

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

The Account Executive is in charge of developing, maintaining and managing accounts in his assigned Business Unit. The objective of the position is to increase the sales revenue in line with the strategic direction and targets of the Sales organization

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing new accounts and sales leads, and the management of existing accounts;

Develops and understands account requirements to maximize account revenue;

Plans the over-all daily activities, such as call and trip preparations, in order to deliver revenue-based targets;

A front liner in doing customer support.

Familiar in conducting and interpreting sales forecasts

Qualifications:

Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering or its equivalent;

Has at least one (1) year of proven successful track record in sales or account management;

Recent Civil Engineering or Architecture graduates with an inclination to do field sales are also welcome to apply.
