At the Nike Summer League, the Seahawks are now in the top four in Seniors’ Division D after getting mixed results with a 2-win and 2-loss standing.  After that decisive first win against Don Bosco the Seahawks lost to the tough National University Bulldogs on April 25, 2008.  Four days later FEATI had an exciting game against fellow CUSA member school Trinity University of Asia, before finally prevailing 67-59.

In its most recent outing on May 6 the Seahawks lost 64-74 against UAAP powerhouse Ateneo de Manila. The FEATI cagers fought back from a 20-point deficit early in the second half of the ball game pushing Blue Eagles coach Norman Black to return key players Chris Tiu and Bacon Austria to the game. They finished with 12 and 11 points respectively.  Seahawk IC dela Cruz led FEATI with 17 points but was unable to put a cap on Ateneo’s big man, Rabah Al-Hussaini, who made 23 points and had 12 rebounds to ensure the Blue Eagles fourth straight win in NSL 2008.
