Bachelor of Fine Arts
This course offered by the College of Fine Arts is
focused on the teaching, training and development of graphic and plastic
arts in all its various manifold branches. It aims to exert and influence
in the advanced refinement of industrial trades taking into consideration
the artistic character training of future artists, designers and art
educators. This course likewise aims to develop and stimulate the student’s
artistic imagination, awakening his creative spirit thereby cultivating
in him an awareness of his cultural surroundings.
In the undergraduate program of Fine Arts, the students are given ample
training in the field of visual and graphic arts. Basic courses in design,
history and drawing are offered to the student, as well as other art
related courses such as advertising, cinematography, photography, package
design and business practice.
